5:45am: Alarm goes off, swallow bagel with peanut butter and honey.
6:25am: 7 mile run. Finish by laying in front of air conditioner with glass of chocolate milk. Shower. Eat breakfast (bowl of Kashi) while reading email.
9:00am: Participate in Telecon on the drive to work.
11:30am: Have lunch. Chipotle, or a turkey and cheese sandwich.
3:00pm: Leave work.
3:30pm: Log back into work from kitchen.
5:00pm: Make sandwich (turkey and cheese... again). Still working.
5:45pm: Bike downtown. Got gym there. Do 45 minutes of nothing but pullups, dips (on rings), crunches, and clean and presses. Bike home.
7:30pm: Log back into work. Eat another sandwich (same kind).
8:45pm: Walk to bar. Have a beer with friends. Walk home.
9:45pm: Log back into work. Send a couple emails.
10:15pm: Go to bed.
Oh the excitement. I bet everyone is jealous.
