Morning Commute

This morning on I-35W southbound in South Minneapolis, two tires came off of a garbage truck, one bounced over the median and into a truck heading north, essentially halting traffic in both directions.  I was on the freeway, headed south, when a helicopter flew over head and landed right in front of me.  I've never seen that before.  Of course, the important thing here is not how long it took me, or anyone else, to get to work this morning, but that someone lost their life.  Imagine driving into work like you do every day, when a garbage truck tire comes flying at you out of nowhere.  Scary.

We finally made it to the famous First Avenue club last night. Bob Mould played. It was cool to finally see a show there. Bob can really rock.
